Photos from the archives: Paris (cont’d)

I might as well stay with Paris for now, I’ve got a few nice photos especially of the Eiffel Tower. This one was taken from the monument down the park, I guess it’s obvious why I liked this see-through. Like yesterday’s it was taken on Christmas day 2012!

One can but dream, right...?

Technically fairly straightforward. Again taken with the old A700, this time with the “sophisticated” kit lens, the Carl Zeiss 16-80mm @ 35mm. Settings f 5.6 to get Eiffel Tower fairly sharp, 1/1000s, ISO 200, PP to increase contrast and remove a haze due to the glass.
